Certifications and Warranty
Bethesda Kitchen Pros is an EPA RRP lead-safe certified firm, backs every kitchen with a 1-year workmanship warranty, and works with a Maryland-licensed structural engineer on wall removals and additions.
- EPA RRP certification. Required for work that disturbs paint in homes built before 1978, which covers much of Bethesda's housing.

- A daily clean-up. The work area is swept and the dust walls checked at the end of each day.
- A final walkthrough. We go through the kitchen with you before the warranty starts.
